Returns
Santa and The Elves want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
β’ Items must be unused and in the original state as received.
β’ Custom items are not eligible for return unless the order was completed incorrectly in accordance to the custom order request.

Refunds & Exchanges
β’Β Upon receiving & processing your return, we will issue a full refund, less any costs of shipping, to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the return to process the refund.

Sizing
ADULTS
These hats are made for Santaβs of all shapes & sizes (we donβt judge you for eating all those cookies) so weβve made a variety of sizes to pair. That means our hats will also fit when you have a wig on, or need extra space to fit over dreadlocks, afros, big curls, etc.

NEWBORNS & BABIES
1-2 months: 15 inches / 38 centimeters
3-6 months: 16 inches / 41 centimeters
6-9 months: 17 inches / 43 centimeters
9-12 months: 18 inches / 46 centimeters
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your babyβs head where you want the hat snug. If you do not have one, you may also use any non-stretch fabric which you can measure after with a ruler.
The sizes are based on averages so always measure your babyβs head instead of relying on the months.
If your baby is between sizes, or close to the next size, we suggest sizing up. Measurements are approximate.
