Santa and The Elves want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in the original state as received.
• Custom items are not eligible for return unless the order was completed incorrectly in accordance to the custom order request.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Upon receiving & processing your return, we will issue a full refund, less any costs of shipping, to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the return to process the refund.
• We do not offer exchanges.
